Frequently Asked Questions
Are my PDFs uploaded to a developer server?
No. Opening, reordering, rotating, cropping, merging, splitting, previewing, and exporting happen on your device. The app has no developer-server account system and does not upload your PDF content.
Are my original files modified?
No. On import, the app copies the PDF into its app sandbox. Later edits happen on that copy. The file you originally selected in Files or another location stays unchanged.
What is included for free?
Page editing is free at any length, including merging, reordering, rotating, deleting, duplicating, cropping, and batch actions. Free includes three watermark-free exports of one source PDF up to 10 pages.
When is Pro required?
Pro is required when exporting beyond the free allowance, exporting a document merged from multiple PDFs, splitting into several separate files, or using unlimited exports. Pro is available as a lifetime purchase or a yearly subscription.
Is PDF cropping the same as privacy redaction?
No. Cropping uses the PDF Crop Box to hide content outside the selected area. It does not permanently remove sensitive information, and some PDF tools may recover hidden content. Use a dedicated redaction tool if you need to remove sensitive information permanently.
