1. Tool Purpose
PDF Page Organizer is a page-level PDF organization tool for merging, splitting, reordering, rotating, deleting, duplicating, cropping, extracting, and exporting PDF pages. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the app. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer.
2. Provided As Is
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app stable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every device, system version, file type, PDF structure, or specific purpose.
3. Functional Boundaries
The app mainly provides:
- multi-PDF page merging and drag-to-reorder;
- page rotation, deletion, duplication, cropping, and batch actions;
- extraction of selected pages into a new PDF;
- splitting by page, every N pages, or selected positions;
- export validation by reopening and checking pages;
- delivery through Files or the system Share Sheet.
The app does not provide OCR, scanning, PDF compression, format conversion, electronic signatures, annotation, watermark creation, password cracking, file decryption, or legal-grade document certification.
4. Cropping Is Not Redaction
PDF cropping commonly uses the Crop Box to hide content outside the selected area. This is not permanent removal and is not privacy redaction. Cropped-out content may remain in the PDF file, and some PDF tools can recover or reveal it. If you need to remove sensitive information irreversibly, use a dedicated PDF redaction tool and verify the result yourself.
5. User Content and Authorization
Users are responsible for the PDFs they import, edit, export, or share through the app. You should confirm that you have the lawful source, authorization scope, and processing rights for each file. Do not use the app to process content that infringes copyright, trade secrets, privacy rights, contractual duties, or any other legitimate rights.
Any dispute, loss, or legal liability arising from the user’s processing, saving, sharing, or distribution of PDF content is the user’s responsibility.
6. Original Files and Exported Results
On import, the app copies the PDF into its local sandbox and edits that copy. The original file selected by the user is not modified in place by the app. Even so, users should keep their own backups before working with important files and should check page count, order, crop range, and readability after export.
Export validation does not guarantee that an exported PDF will be accepted by every third-party system, printing process, archive requirement, court, school, company upload portal, or long-term preservation workflow.
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The app offers free editing and a limited number of free exports. Pro unlocks any-length exports, multi-PDF merged exports, splitting into separate files, and unlimited exports. Lifetime purchases and yearly subscriptions are processed by Apple StoreKit. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and Family Sharing are governed by Apple App Store rules.
Users should confirm the selected plan, price, entitlement, and renewal rules before purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
8. Third-Party Destinations
After the user saves an exported PDF to Files, sends it by email, uploads it to a cloud drive, sends it through a messaging app, uses AirDrop, or shares it with another app, that copy is managed by the corresponding system or third-party service. Its sync, backup, permission, retention, and deletion rules are outside this app’s control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the app, misunderstanding the effect of cropping, failing to inspect exported results, rejection by third-party systems, accidental deletion by the user, device failure, system-service issues, or third-party service behavior.
